Reaching Man, A Cubist Caricature Drawing

Drawn from life, but inspired by cubism is this caricature drawing of a man reaching away from yet leaning towards the viewer. The figure has its position and proportions exaggerated to emphasize a more dynamic pose.

The drawing was made with red conte charcoal and colored pencil on newsprint. It measures approximately 24 inches wide by 33.25 inches tall (61 cm x 84.5 cm). This is the original drawing and not a print.

Drawing will be carefully rolled and sent out in a mailing tube through the US Postal Service.
